Need some info on Freight Shipping....

My auction for my MAME arcade machine ends in 3 hours, and the reserve is met, the current high bidder is from New York, so im going to need to ship this thing.

I need advice on looking for a freight company that will ship from the Charlotte Area of North Caroline to Long Island New York.

I will crate it myself, so I just need a place that I can drop it off and them ship it, I have looked but all I can find is some crappy site that gives you quotes.

Also It would be nice if I could do like a COD charge for the Freight, where the buyer has to pay for the Frieght when the item arrives, that way I dont get burnt on the shipping costs, I know its going to be $300 plus.


So if you have any experiance shipping stuff freight please Let help me out

I am thinking about using fedex freight, since it is fairly close by I can drop it off there and save a few $$ for the buyer probally.

Does anyone know if Fedex does this COD for the freight costs?
