Need some help

Is she running Win95? If so, try TonyT's suggestion of going to the Add/Remove Programs option in the Control Panel and manually reinstall Dial-Up Networking, Outlook, and the Internet Connection Wizard (although you really don't need this one for anything...) which should take care of the problem. If not, then yes, installing Win98SE will replace all of these components with the newer versions included in Win98...
