alrighty im running an winnie 64 3200 and its running at 48 idle is that normal? i thorught they ran aroun 40- :/ btw i heard if you enable the cool and quiet thing in yer bios itll cool it off an stuff but when i tried gettin into my bios it said they werent installed :/ was i supposed to have a disc with em on it?

Sounds a little bit high but I've heard lots of folks running Winnies at 60c under load - what's your load temp? Using any silver paste or just the thermal pad? Stock cooler or what?

it came with thermal paste already spread...with the stock heatsink and it hit 60c just ripping a cd... :(

WHAT's the Case/Mobo Temps? and you might consider reseating the CPU/HS/Fan...

ive no idea im jus useing the soltek tempy thingy an it only shows cpu die temp and voltages..i dont have a thing for my case...

There's prolly 1 H/M program on the CD and also make sure you have the latest BIOS...

well...i got a floppy and a cd with my mobo and i instailled all the mainboard drivers and a few other drivers and it looked to me that the floppy had the same stuff as the cd...btw when i restar my comp it says my bios are not installed...? :/
