need some help ....

2 days ago i got my EVGA 6800gt .and new PSU..... i installed them both.... get "OK" scores on Aquamark and 3dmark..... but game are alittle slow..... like in hl2 when i turn up everything.... its alittle slow...... i notice major diffrance from my r9700pro ... but not much for 400dollar video card
Is my CPU not let
in other fourms i ppl say that 10k on 3dmark03 is normal..... but my games are diffrent 🙁

Its the p4 holdin ya back in my opinion. I had a p4 2.53 with the 6800gt and was dissapointed in gaming as well. Got my new pc (A64 3500+ Winches) and it blew me away.
