I need help 
Ok, I don't really know what's going on because I'm newbie when it comes to all that video stuff. But I'm using S-Video out from my gf4 ti4400 to my 36' sony TV. Video is fine whenever its in 100% or 200% zoom on the TV, but when I put it on full screen, the screen starts to look distorted:

similar if not exactly, like the one on the top.
could this be because of filters? I remember quite back that I was able to watch movies without flaw. Now it does that though.
Any suggestions? Could it be a filter problem? I don't really know how those things work.
