Tim,
If that is your user user account that you currently have then its going to send all the completed Wu's to your 1476339717 account. Did you create a whole new user or just change email addresses?

The first time you run it through SetiGate you will have to start it 'unhidden' so you can enter your seti@home account information.
Without this information the client won't be able to ask SetiGate for a work unit.

Another option: Did you set the client and SetiGate to communicate using the same port number? Check the SetiGate options (File -> Options), is 'Local port' the same number you use to start up the CLI client (File -> Text client info)?

Any help?

I think thats it Tim, open the CLI in the unhidden mode and put your email address in.

Euhm the ID key AND user KEY is something i dint try....
But making a new user with email adress doesnt work because my clients are trying to connect my own email.
for example.:
1 have right now al the clients connected to cobra@linuxfreaks.nu (for example)
Now i want setigate flush under seti@linuxfreaks.nu right now if i do that all my clients dont connect anymore to setigate because he doenst know this user......
He's searching for cobra@linuxfreaks.nu
So... i have to change al the results :(.
But i dont know if this works.....gonna try tonight (time here is 12:27 ) so i'm @ wrok right now.
I'm not planning to change al my results..... gonna make a script i think who's doing this for me ;).
i let you guys know.....thanx ..

Hmmmmmm....I see the e-mail that was created is at the SETI site, but when I try to open a new CLI and join it...the CLI just sits there as if the naming server for SETI is down. I verified this by trying to use my own account and the same thing. :(

I switched from the SETIQueue to direct Berkeley...still no go! I personally think there is something wrong with the joining / naming servers at this time :(

Definitely... I has been taking a lot longer than "normal" for a week or so.

I may have an idea here...the OLD SETIQ. It stores all the results much more simply, and I *think* it bases the user on whatever user_info.sah is in the SETIQ folder. So it might not matter which user_info.sah is on the crunching computers. See my thinking here?
