need some help with partitions

i currently have about 13 gigs of unallocated space that i want to put onto my primary drive. it currently has 2 gigs of space an it needs more. can i do this in windows?
 
No without a opartition program.

Partition magic shoudl work.

Why do you have unallocated space on your hard drive? Did you have trouble ADDING when you installed?
 
no i didnt have trouble adding. for some reason when i installed my primary drive was only like 2gigs so i figured that i would make a 60 gig partition for programs and files an such and leave the primary for windows and updates and drivers and such.
