Need some help with mom's present...

So im one of those people that likes to wait till week before xmas o get all the shopping done. Nothing like getting stuck in long lines, tons of traffic, and the overall "cheer" of xmas 😀

Ohkay so im a procrastinator 😛

So help me out here, mom wants a good kitchen knife, i got a max of $80 to spend, whats my best option?

also can u still buy on amazon and make it here before xmas?

Wusthof and Henckels are both excellent knife manufacturers. Be certain that you DO NOT get Henckels International -- they are cheaper but are not of good quality.

Look at Henckels Four Star, Five Star and Pro S lines.

Henckels, Calphalon and Wusthof are all pretty good. Every brand has a cheap line that's not as good, so watch out. You at least want forged blades instead of stamped. For under $80 you could get one or two really nice knives or a set of cheapish knives.
