Why do i get random square boxes around some things such as icons or buttons in my system now? it just started happening this morning. icons such as the ones on my desktops have them, especially when i click on them. even the back and forward buttons on safari have them, including every window i'm on. How do i get rid of it? Thanks.

So i found out why i'm getting the squares or blocks around everyhting i click on or w/e. apparently, i have some program in my comp that reads aloud everything i have click. for example, an im chat box. now how do i go about turning this off? i 0n0 even what program it is.
