Need some help w/ CS...

My friend has a Radeon w/ 64 MB DDR (not the 7200 or the 8500...the earlier one) and when he installs the latest XP drivers from ATI's website, his fps go down to 30. I changed the fps max to 100, turned off Vsync and antialiasing but nothing helps it. Any suggestions? Does anyone have this video card and have CS working?

It should already have been patched, otherwise, go Here

Or dont go there and type: "ati_npatch_0" in your console
truform is enabled by default, which your vid card doesnt have
