Need some help preparing a new case for a mobo.

I just bought a Raidmax O2 case and asrock mobo to build myself a decent conroe system. However, I forget what was the proper way to prepare teh case screw for the mobo. The frist pc i built was a barebone pc from ebay which got processor and mobo in the case already. Even though i change the mobo before, I never took down the case screwn on the panel. Anyone here can explain the process to me or point me to a website with picture on it, thank you in advance
