hey all fist time post
need some help with winMe it keep booting up in safe mode
it also says vswp.vxd is missing. i've looked for this file
all around and can't seem to find it
if anybody can help i would be eternally grateful

Reinstall windows, it won't delete anything you have already and should fix up any problems you have. 99% of the time this does the trick.
