Hey! I’m a pc boob, built a PC in 2014 and that’s it. It’s got a 800 watt EVGA power supply, msi gaming 5 MB, 16 gb of Ram, EVGA 980ti. I think it’s the power supply that’s crapped out. It’s not turning on anymore, a few days ago it was but was getting constant blue screens of death. When I attempt to turn it on it gets stuck in a loop of attempting to power up then shutting off(never gets to the point of anything displaying on the screen. It literally happens within seconds of pressing the button, I can hear the PSU clicking when I push the power button so I know it’s working) What do you guys think? If I do get a new power supply what wattage do you suggest? I may upgrade my PC one day to something like a 4060ti, so I want a PSU that can support modern parts too. I just ordered a 750w Corsair, but now I’m worried that won’t be enough for modern stuff like the 4060Ti and eventually a new CPU and motherboard
