Need some help on a paper about Electricity.

I can't seem to find any sites on india's electricity which I believe is 240 volts. If anyone can help me out, I've looked on google but coudln't find very much, maybe im just not searching correctly but if someonec an help me i'd be greatly appreciated.

it is likely 50 Hertz, only the US and Japan use 60 Hertz (as far as i know) and i think Japan also has areas with 50 Hz, i can't remember for sure
