need some help linking my domain to my hosting site

I am using DomainZero, where I registered my domain name. I am using hotyellow98 for my web hosting.

Now, the problem is, is that I have no idea how to work the switchboard. For those of you who have used DomainZero's form, what would I put for entries under Hostname, Address, and Record Type?? I've tried different things, and nothing seems to want to work. This is my first time trying to use something like this.

Any help would be appreciated. Just definitions on what is required in these fields would be helpful, and where I could get the information to fill in these fields.

domainzero has a help session, go through it, it is very simple, all you have to do is enter the "http://sopmething.goes.here.com" and youre done.
