Hi just read the post from this afternoon.
I have a soundblaster live with a gameport and
everytime i let windows detect it through the control
panel it freezes. Do I have to delete the windows
gameport drivers?
 
Sounds like there's a conflict (memory address or IRQ). Try moving the card to another slot.
