Need some help getting My Seti WU's correctly credited

I was doing Seti about a 1.5 years ago and just dropped out of it I have done DC projects since 1999 untill I dropped from seti so dc projects are nothing new to me here. When i saw Aduls recruiting post I decided to jump back in. Problem is Since I dropped my ISP has changed so the email i registered under is no longer available to me. What i did was just to create a new account with my new email. Problem is now i show up twice on the team stats page. Smoke PM'd me about it and gave me an email contact to ask them to merge the accounts. Not sure if they can actually turn 2 accounts into 1 though. Any how I very politely asked them to simply move the credit for the roughly 300 WU's to my new active account. They responded that that would not be a problem but they could not actually delete the old account because of results being tied to that account. Problem is they got it backwards and moved the credits from the new active account to the old inactive one. I emailed them again politely pointing this out and they responded with oops sorry fixed now. Well it isn't fixed they moved the credits from the new accnt to the old accnt again. Going to send them another email but it is getting a bit frustrating. I am open to any suggestions. Apparently they seem to have email dyslexia since i have been very careful to identify the accounts by their registered email addresses.

Well sent a 3rd email to them to get this done here it is seems pretty clear to me hope they get it right this time.
Well I'm not sure what the problem is but once again the credits from my new account which is using the XXXXXX@chartermi.net email address have been moved to my old account which uses the XXXXXX@power-net.net email address The current and active account is the new one which uses the XXXXXX@chartermi.net email address. As of now there are 323 Wus credited to a dead account which I cannot use. 26 of those WUs were turned in in the last 4 days to my New active account that I can use but have been erroneously moved to the dead account. I really don't know what to do here. I would like the credit for all my WUs to be under the active account using the XXXXXX@chartermi.net email address. If it would make things simpler I will not transmit any more results until I see the 323 Wus credited to the active account (XXXXXX@chartermi.net). Unless there are a couple WUs that haven't shown in the stats yet the active account should currently be showing 0 WUs.

Well that is what i sent them. I think it is pretty clear as to which email is the current one and which is the dead one. The previous 2 were also very clear about this.

Well, what other choice do u have but to keep on trying? Maybe a bit odd at the first moment that they messed it up 2 times by now but on the other hand, if u get it done correctly by the third time u're still lucky ;)
