Need some help from an Arcserve expert

I am trying to verify that the backup jobs in our company are backing up the local user accounts also.

We are backing up everything on the server through the administration shares but for some reason I think this is not enough. Just backing up the SAM and the files/folders in the administration share is not enough to restore a machine back to 100% local accounts and all is it?

We have some FTP accounts running that are setup to use NT authentication of the local accounts and want to make sure we do not have to reinput this accounts if a restore needs to be done.

Please let me know what needs to be installed and trigged so that the accounts are also backed up.

Thanks in advance.

I used that prog myself for awhile. I'm sorry I didn't get real deep into it. However one way to find your answer is to answer this.... are the user accounts stored on the server (most likely are). If they are, then the server backup will cover the users also.
