Need some help for a client of mine

A client of mine is requesting that I build him a computer. He wants the video card to be quiet, fast enough to run Call of Duty 4, and able to output audio and video through a built in HDMI port.

I figured that a Radeon 4650 sounds just about perfect for his needs, but I have not done much research into HTPC video cards and I was wondering if anyone knew if the HDMI ports it has can output audio as well as video?

yes, the Radeon series has Realtek hi-def audio out over the HDMI port available. I'm using an Asus EAH3450 in my htpc, and can get audio output with the right combination of drivers, but it is notoriously tricky. Do some research on AVSforums and you'll see what I mean. The Radeon 4xxx series should output 7.1 over HDMI.
