I just read an article that said VOIP over PacketCable (this is often what you get if you get it directly from your cable provider) is BETTER than POTS land-lines in both call quality AND system availability / call connection.

Why don;t you quote what I wrote BEFORE that and even your post. Well here it is...

On October 1, 2006, SunRocket will begin charging the Federal Universal Service Fund (USF) charge per the Federal Communications Commission. The USF charge will be applied to monthly invoices for all SunRocket monthly plans. Annual plan members will be assessed this charge at their renewal.
