Need some help choosing

It's come down to one of these two monitors but I'm really struggling trying to make the choice. The 2005 FPW looks sweet from some of the pictures posted here on the forum, and just about everyone seems to love it. But then everything I've read on the new Viewsonic VP191B sais it's the one to get, 8 bit panel, no higher than 16ms response time, same stuff most of you have read. Everyone who has it seems to love it too. No matter which one I choose I'll have to mail order it, so that doesn't help me choose. No one local carries the VP191B yet. That in itself has good and bad points. Probably cheaper prices and no sales tax from mail order, but then no quick drive for a return if there's bad pixels or backlight issues.

I've been using a Dell Inspiron notebook for just over two years now, it has a 15" UltraSharp display, but the notebook just don't cut it anymore with games, so I built my first system. You guys and this forum have helped alot in that endeavor so let me give you all a hearty thanks. The opinions and info on this sight is invaluable. But now that I've jumped in and done it, I need a monitor so I can see if it will post 😀

If I opted for the ViewSonic, I think I would try NewEgg as well for it, if there's someway I could verify that they have the newest version of it anyhow. If I went for the Dell Widescreen, well I might need some help choosing the right place to order it from, I'm not very schooled on who's reputable and who should be avoided.

My newly built system if it matters:

Abit Fatal1ty AN8
AMD 3000+ Venice
OCZ Plat rev 2 1GB
BFG 6800GT
NEC ND 3520
WD Raptor
Cooler Master 450W PS
Cooler Master Wavemaster case
