Need some help building an LDIF file...

I'm trying to build an LDIF file and am wondering the best way to do this. The file will update user accounts and will need to have a total of 3 lines per user. I've used Excel to do things like this in the past, but I'm going to be updating about 20,000 users tomorrow and need to find the best method. Are there any macros that might help me, or are there any LDIF programs that may generate the file I need if I can give it a list of users?

I think I found what I need to use, but it's a linux utility called ldapmodify. I may need to grab a fresh copy of SuSE and install it on a test box....unless someone knows of a good Windows Utility...
