Just bought a Coolermaster Centurion 5 ATX case and an EPOX 9NPA+ Ultra motherboard. It's been like 7 years since I have installed a motherboard, so I am pretty rusty. The manual for the case just says to screw it in, but I seem to recall having to use plastic spacers in the past. Has things changed?

I got these little gold stand off's, do I screw those into the case first, than screw the motherboard to the stand offs?

Yes.

BTW, they're brass-not gold 😉

Edit: But make sure you put them in the right places, because if there is a standoff where there shouldn't be it can short out the motherboard and it won't boot right.
