Need some expert advice

I just built a PC based on the ASUS P5B Deluxe MB, Conroe E6400 and Kingston DDR667 ram. I want to overclock this thing to a certain extent, but not too radically (I'm not a gamer, but use this for NLE applications). Is there an expert out there that can advise me on what settings to use in my BIOS to achieve a CPU speed of around 3Ghz and maintain stability? Many thanks!!
