Good use of thick & thin line, and proportionally well lay out, except for a couple of minor details. 
The top of the ear is too low because the eye should be about 1/5 down from the top of the ear, and the bottom of the ear lobe should be align with the tip of the nose. 
The left hand could be slightly too large...sometime it is better to exaggerate the dimension to enhance the 3d effect (larger when it is closer to you & smaller when it is farther way).
And, hand is the hardest thing to draw, so don?t fret if you can't get it absolutely right.
Other wise everything look good.
Ps. A trick to drawing is to have thick (heavy) line on the side that you want to show darkness or tension, and fine (light) line on the side that you wan to show light or harmony. In your case, the far side of the body away from the lamp can be use for darkness or tension. You can also reverse the use of heavy/light lines if you want to use shading of the body to define the empty/non-empty (positive/negative) space.
