Need some advise on a small build .

I need a 775 socket motherboard and compatible ram to be used with a e6600 cpu . Would prefer some OC features .If at all posible $100 to $110 . I was looking at this MB .

What other features do you need? # of SATA ports? Do you need integrated graphics? Micro ATX or regular ATX case, etc?

Do you need PATA ports? (Most 775 boards would have at least one anyway.)
