Need some advice on a circuit city exchange...

I bought a subwoofer from circuit city online.
The port in the back of the woofer rattles when it pushes a lot of air.
I think it is defective, (the bottom part of the port hole seems more hollow than the top portions when I gently slay it),
So I want to exchange it for another one.

The problem is that none of the circuit city stores near my house have it in stock.
Is there a way to return it at the store and have them ship me a new one?

Yes, it is called 9848. If 9848 is out of stock, the store can special order it and they wil call you when it gets in.
