I'm building a new system but i'm still a bit confuse about my new MotherBoard. The system will be for multimedia storage and server, playing game, surf internet, play video, encoding multimedia files. What a need is power, speed and stability, min 6 SATA 3Gb/s port, SLI, 3PCI slot, overcloking, DDR500 suport. The CPU Opteron 180 or AMD Athlon64 X2 4800+ (or event AMD Athlon64 FX-60 if got the money) 7 HDD (1x 160Gb Main) (2x 250Gb RAID1) (2x 320Gb RAID1) (2x 500Gb RAID1)

Heres are the board that i'm looking right now :
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
Asus A8N32-SLI Deluxe
DFI LANPARTY UT NF4 SLI-DR Venus or Expert

My fist choice was A8N-SLI Premium but it seem that the bios is still some issue whit the bios and driver. My second choice was A8N32-SLI Deluxe but only have 5 SATA port (inside) and some driver probleme.
So there come LANPARTY UT NF4 SLI-DR, what i've found is that these board are a bit unstable and piky whit the choose of memory.
So i'm in a impase, i dont want to make a bad chose (see i live in montréal, canada and ech peace cost a lot here) If you have any info to give, please tell.

How about the Abit AN8 32X?
It's in your price range, has 6 SATA ports & very stable.

To sfv the Ultra-D as only 4 SATA port and only 2 PCI slot. I need at lest 2 PCI for my system an if a go SLI i loose 1 PCI slot, anyway thank for the advice.
To Heidfirst the Abit AN8 32X my anser is is the same as above, but thank for your input.
