Need software to convert .oma to .mp3

do you mean .wma?, if so, one of the programs in one of the nero packages can, its not freeware, but unless you have like 10 billion wma's (literally) you can get it done within the trial period

Nope. It is .oma.

oma is a sony format isn't it? if it is go to the hot deal section and search up the free 50 cent album. There was a program posted to change oma to mp3.
