My aunt missed the 1999 Proof set, with the 5 new quarters and the other 4 or 5 coins. I was gonna get it fro her from egay, but I noticed that in her 2000 and 2001 proof sets, they are 10 piece sets that include the new gold dollar. My question is, was the 2000 set the first year with the gold dollar in it? Cause I can't find it in any of the 1999 proof sets on egay, so I am assuming that it just wasn't being produced until after the 1999 proof sets were out. So are the 9 piece 1999 proof sets on egay the ones I want. Which include 5 state quarters and the extra 4 coins?

The Sacagawea was first minted in 2000, so it's not in the 1999 sets. Yes, you want the 9-piece sets which are the cent, nickle, dime, half dollar, and 5 state quarters.

It was the Susan B Anthony untll then, which I think was minted in 1999 if I am not mistaken.
