need simple, quick, xp compatible, semi-secure ftp server program to share NASA 600 mb earth pic

Ok, seems ppl are having trouble getting the file via kazaa so since I have a the two large files, I can set up a temp ftp server when I'm at school on their network. They're pretty fast ~ 1.4mb I believe. Don't take my word on it since i'm not that technically proficient, hence the need for a easy ftp server program.

Ideas? Please don't forget the linky.. hee hee
