This is the first time I have ever applied for a position within a company I have worked for. I am working on updating my resume but does anyone have any tips for me, specifically for internal resumes? It feels a bit odd doing a formal resume for a position where I already work.
 
Don't BS too much on what you currently do.
Focus on your skills and real accomplishments within your current position and how you can apply your knowledge to the new position.
