Need replacement fan for stock AMD Heatsink/Fan

My friend has a 2100+ tbred a and he has the retail h/s fan, but his fan is dying it starts to slow down in rpm. What fan do you guys recommend he get to replace that fan?

i think they are 60 mm fans

80-92mm panaflo, maybe with adaptor/screws or hot glue

He wants the same size fan of the retail fan, do you guys know what that is (60 by ???)? We can take the fan off the h/s, but the 3pin is like stuck in. Where can I get a panalfo fan for cheap? SVC?
