i am looking to replace a dead CD-RW/DVD drive. I need something that: (1) plays DVD well (not audio/video synch issues, my old one had that) and (2) burns CD's pretty fast and finally (3) a good reliable company with reliable products and support.

I am looking to spend less than 30 dollars (shipping doesn't necessarily have to be included, as long as it is not outrageous).
