Need recommendations for a good email forwarding service. Bigfoot?

Thanks to mr paranoid I no longer have my primary email address.
I still have my base e-mail address but I don't want to use that as an address to give everyone.
I basically need a forwarding service that I can use just about forever. Don't care if it's $20 a year, just so long as it works and I get ALL my e-mails.
Thanks for any help on this, being without a regular e-mail address sucks.

Try iname.com or mail.com, they now charge $10 per year for email forward service
