Need Recomendation: webcam software for monitoring baby?

I have a USB camera that I use to check in on the baby when I am working. But I need better software for use with XP.

1. Just a window with the realtime video - no extra crap around it.

2. Easily go to full screen or to windowed view.

Thanks - but Xray vision only captures at a high rate of 10/min. Seems odd, I am really just looking for a way to view the image on the screen in real time (as fast as my camera will capture) and be able to blow up and minimize the image.

You want a real time video stream? I've only seen refreshing live pictures on webpages. Anyway there is a Microsoft Powertoy app called Timershot, it can shoot 1 picture per second at most and it can send them to a server (though I couldn't get that feature to work with my free webspace provider). My Logitech software has also some options to create a live webcam, check with your camra manufacturer.

I am not using over the web. USB camera hooked to PC - very long USB cable. I want to see the real time video on THAT computer. No network, no web, just me looking at the picture from the USB camera.
