need recomendation for a 939 pci-e motherboard

I need a recomendation for a 939 pci-e motherboard.
I work mainly with photoshop, I need a stable and reliable motherboard.
my budjet is low 150 $ at most,
I need at least 8 Usb 2 ports, sound card and Lan incoperated in it.

I love my DFI nF4 Ultra-D board. Lots of options, reliable, and it looks great. Check the sticky at the top of this board to find out where to get it.

Look in the Mobo review thread. I went with a abit AN8-Ultra. I will say the review on it was dead on and it rocks.
