Need reccomendation for the best cooler - P4 2.8c

I have a P4 2.8C OC'ed to 3.6GHz and the temps under load reach 65c and higer

If I run Prime95 and a moderately intensive game, it goes over 75c and the rig crashes 😛

What would be my best air-cooled solution?

I was looking at Thermalright's products and they seemed pretty good, but I'd like to know more about them and any others
