Need reccomendation for a Gigabyte mobo for a P4 setup, pls help!

Hi!

My ECS L4S8A2 mobo served me well, but now that I think its time to move onto a better mobo. I'm sure that I want a Gigbyte mobo, but which one?

I'll be running:

P4 2.53 (C1 stepping, and I'll be OC-ing it)
1GB Crucial PC2700 RAM
ATi 9700Pro
160GB Western Digital w/ 8mb buffer
Turtle Beach Santa Cruz
ATi TV VE
LG CD-RW/DVD

I dont need a crazy fancy bells-n-whistles mobo ... but a good, solid one.
