Need RAM timing help.

I'm kind of a newbie with RAM timings in BIOS, usually i just run the default and it's all good. My gigabyte K8NSNXP-939 is giving me problems though and I'm trying to changet he ram Timings. My RAM is this, http://www.mushkin.com/epages/...77/Product/View/991089
The timings should be at 2-3-2 at 400mhz, but i think my RAM is at 2-3-4 or something like that. I'm obviosuly having stability issues with this board, but who isn't. What numbers, or names do I change in the BIOS to fix my timings to 2-3-2, and also, I enabled 2T timing. Should I have? Thanks guys.

That's the RAM yes. I don't think it goes into 2-3-2 even when I set default, so my question to you is, how do I set it so that the RAM is 2-3-2? What should I change in the BIOS (such as CAS#, etc) to make it 2-3-2? Thanks for the help.
