Need RAM suggestions please

OK I am in the process of my first build and I'm going with the Abit NF7-S and AMD 2500+ that I plan to OC to 3200 speeds. I would like to run just one 512 stick of RAM to start and later add a second 512. What is a good stick to buy in the sub $100 range that can get me to the speeds I want, operating on just the one 512 stick?

I like the Buffalo Brand using Winbond chips. They're about $85 for a 512mb stick over at newegg. Another surprisingly good stick of 512mb is the Kreton value brand (also at newegg).
