need ram help

ok i am not good at knowing what ram is the best and which will fit in my system ... i have a dell dimension l800r and i am pritty sure i have a stick if 128 pc133 in there, so now i want the extra 128 and here are my options: check out the link there are a few pc 133 whats the difference between lc=2 and lc=3 and what is the difference in regestered and unbuffered..... finally do you guys know what kind of ram dell uses and how whould i check what ram i have in my system what should i look for../.. and will i have conflicts with different brand of ram...

trust me i want the best quality of ram, caz my old system had loads of ram problems and i dont want to go through that again..

i called crucial and thay gave me these oftions for my systemlink 15% foo and free shipping to canada... i had my eye on the pc133 128mer ram but looking at he 256meg its pc100 but the price is nice... so should i go with the 128 pc133 or the 256 pc100 the crucial guy said that my p3-800 is running at pc100 speed even though dell told me i have pc133 ram...???? ned some advice...
