I plan on running a seasonic PSU and a Zalman CPU fan, both will virtually be flawless in their abilities to barely make any noise, I seriously don't want my HD to be any louder.

I was also wondering, if you bought a Zalman CPU fan, is it just the fan alone or do they usually provide you with their custom heatsink of their own?

I would get a Samsung if you were looking for low noise. Consider suspending your hard drives as well or use some other form of HDD mounting.

If you're looking at the Zalman 7000/7700/9500 the fan is built-in and is not easily replacable (though it is possible).
