Need quick help what battery does motherboard take ?

what do u call that.. ?
is it a 5v silver oxide battery ?

it's a lithium battery

just take the # on it to radio shack and get a replacement....just like a watch batter

battery type is quite dependent on what mobo it is

there's about a million little lithium button cell's that look the same

95.0% of the time its going to be a CR2032 battery which you can get just about anywhere.
Its a 3v Lithium cell battery about 3/4" in diameter.

Forgot to add that the DL2032, ECR2032 are the same batteries incase you have that one.
