need quick help on adding credit card to paypal

I need to add my american express card to paypal.. HOW? I also upgraded my account to premiere.. I dont know if that was a good choice but I still see no option to add a cc..

any ideas?

If you are buting from a qualified merchant and have a receipt to prove it and no other disaster befalls you and Paypal does not mishandle your money or give your passwords to hackers.

I'm pretty sure you can add in the Profile section, but whether or not PayPal immediately validates it (they often DO NOT) is another question.

now the question is what kinda damage did I do by upgrading my account to premiere? Is there a monthly fee? can I revert back to basic/personal account?

The damage was done as soon as you gave them your bank account number.

you want to PM with BVG with a paypal purchase? wont happen. you need an ITEMIZED reciept from the merchant. paypal is not a merchant, they are considered a 3rd party

and with premier, you get hit on 3%. on all transactions. without exception
