Need Quick Answer..Which Screws for Mobo??

I'm installing a mobo for the first time here this morning, and of the two types of screws that came with my case I don't know which ones are used to secure the board to the tray. Type 1 are the short hex head ones, with a slight shoulder..like the ones the secure adapter cards.(case screws I guess) And Type 2 are round head screws with a fine thread...like the ones used to secure drives. Which are the right ones to fasten the mobo?? It says nothing in the instructions. Thanks.
