need quick answer...cheapest domain registrar?

need to get a domain for a community service organization i'm starting at my college....whats the cheapest place to get a domain? namecheap and godaddy are both $9ish, do you guys know of anything cheaper?

No. I've been with GoDaddy for years, and they've always been reliable, but RossMAN recently convinced me to give Namecheap a try... so I'm going to gradually move my domains to them. I recommend Namecheap now.

Yes stick with NameCheap.com, well worth the $3.89 difference.

How would the school be able to register a domain?

I'm sure they can host the domain just fine but not register.
