Need Quick Advice on which set up to Buy - microcenter trip today.

Going to be near a microcenter and based on budget narrowed it down to the following two setups.

2500k with the zotac GTX 570 AMP! video card

or 2600k with a GTX 560 TI.
 
Is this rig primarily going to be used for gaming? If it is the 2500k and GTX 570 is the better setup. The 2600k is better for encoding and photoshop.
 
Be sure to bundle with a z68 motherboard. That's where the real savings is!
