Need quality laptop

I am looking for a quality laptop in the price range $700 or less (total). I will be using for business, internet and Office. Looking for well built and good quality. Do not want a cheap made laptop. I want 4gigs ram, 250G hardrive or larger, DVD burner, Webcam, and decent sounding speakers. Is this possible? Not for gaming but better video is ok.

Thanks for your help.

I found a couple of notebooks from Newegg that would meet your needs (320GB hard drives, 4GB memory, DVD burners, webcams) for $699.99.

Toshiba AMD Phenom quad-core with ATI graphics:

Lenovo Intel Core i5 with Intel graphics:

As far as I know, they're both good-quality. Personally I would probably go with the Toshiba. I'm kind of an AMD type guy, and I like the idea of having a Phenom quad. Also, the ATI graphics - while not that great - are still a step up from the Intel graphics, and would allow for some 3D gaming if the "need" ever arises. If not, it's still a great video chip.
