Need PSU for new PC. 450W enough for my setup?

I'm very close to buying a new build. This is my setup so far, but i'm uncertain about the PSU.

Case: Antec Three Hundred
Board: Asus P5Q Pro
GPU: HIS Radeon HD 4850
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
RAM: OCZ Gold XTC 4096 MB DDR2 PC6400
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F1 750 GB

I was thinking about the OCZ StealthXStream 600W, but I don't want a messed up fan controller.
So i'm thinking about the Corsair VX 450W. Is 450W enough?
Or do I need the VX 550W if i'm going for Corsair?

Basically, I need a quiet and cheap PSU. Prices are maybe a bit higher here in Norway, but i think my budget is around a 100$.

Advice?

HX450 looks very nice to me. Nice price, modular cables. 33A on 12V, two 6+2-pin PCIe-connectors. Corsair quality. Perfect for any single-GPU system.
